Prices Weddings



The Council of Malcesine has decided the prices for the year 2012 according to the resolution n. 47 from 29th of March 2011 as follows:

Concession of room or other places inside the Castle Scaligero

for civil ceremony, including essentials facilities( room preparation, cleaning or services made by the staff of the Town Hall).

Prices for the residents:

Palazzo dei Capitani: free of charge
Scaligero Castle: Euros 105,00


Prices for non-residents:

Scaligero Castle and Palazzo dei Capitani:
- from Monday to Friday Euros 400,00

- Saturday Euros 600,00

- Sunday Euros 1.200,00

if requested to celebrate the civil ceremony outside, on the terrace (Revellino) it will be imposed 20% of the above-mentioned sums.

Extra facilities:

interpreter Euros 100, 00


transportation of materials (for example decorations) Euros 50,00 ( within Malcesine’s territory)

 

Besides the civil ceremony, the spouses have the possibility to organise buffet or wedding reception for their guests.

Extra charge for the use of the rooms or other spaces for organising buffet of wedding reception:
Euros 200,00 for 2 hours
The ceremony can be tailored to individual or organise according to you including live music or DJ (CD- player available), readings or other events in order to create an unique and unforgettable moment for the spouses and their guests.

The room or the place where it will be hold the ceremony can be decorated with flowers or other decorations (white ribbons for example), informing in advance the staff of the wedding Office of the Town Hall.

The documents requested are: For foreign citizens not resident in Malcesine:
- the certificate of no impediment to contract marriage (nulla osta), written in Italian issued by the appropriate authority of the country of origin;
- birth certificates of both spouses (only if the above-mentioned certificate of no impediment does not include spouses’ fatherhood and motherhood).
- photocopies of the passports (spouses and witnesses)
A few days before the wedding date, it is necessary to sign the sworn declaration at the Town Hall of Malcesine.

The Town Hall offers also the possibility to celebrate symbolic ceremonies (do not have any legal relevance) at the same prices indicated above.
